Facilitated by Elliott Myrowitz. Mussar is a Jewish spiritual practice that has evolved over the past 1,000-plus year. The Mussar Institute descibes its purpose as: "to help an individual soul to pinpoint and then to break through the barriers that surround and obstruct the flow of inner light in our lives."
Jewish Men Talking About Me Too! (May 8, 2019)
Facilitated by Ori Alon and Herb Levine. The facilitators will begin with general rematks on what Menschwork has done to address the Me Too movement during the last two JMRs.

This interactive webinar program will both continue the work we began during a Pathways session at JMR27 and provide an open invitation to begin this work for those who were not there.

Reflections on Pittsburgh (November 15, 2018)
On October 27, 2018, we were shocked and deeply saddened by the heinous attack on the congregations in Pittsburgh. In response to this event, Menschwork held an online ZOOM call on Thursday November 15, to allow men to come together virtually to share their concerns and responses. Two of our brothers, including one who lives a couple of blocks from the Tree of Life shul in Pittsburgh, each shared introductory remarks from their perspective. Men then briefly shared their thoughts in an environment of deep listening, compassion, and sensing strength from each other.
Menschwork- Our Jewish Male Journey (June 21, 2017)
Rabbi Shawn Zevit, Founding Board member of Menschwork, discusses the principles that underlie the personal explorations and brotherly connections that take place in the sacred container of the Jewish Men's Retreat, which has held annual gatherings for the last 25 years. From there, the conversation opens up among participants in the webinar.
